By accessing and using HancarGeo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Rental Requirements

Renters must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and provide a valid credit card.

3. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used in accordance with local laws and regulations. Off-road use is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

4. Payment and Fees

Payment is due at the time of rental. Additional charges may apply for late returns, additional mileage, or damages.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup time receive a full refund. Later cancellations may incur fees.

6. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance is included. Additional coverage options are available for purchase.
